History of KAPSEL †
- [10 Aug 2009] KAPSEL-2 released.
- Thermal fluctuations is implemented for particle's Brown motion.
- DC/AC shear flow compatible with non-sliding periodic boundary condition is implemented.
- Able to simulate bead-spring chains in shear flow.
- Several bugs are fixed.
- Computational performance is much improved (roughly a factor of 2 or more comparing to KAPSEL-1).
- One can rebuild KAPSEL-2 with Intel MKL and OpenMP to get optimal performance.
- [31 May 2006] KAPSEL released.
- One can perform very reliable DNS simulations for electrophoresis of spherical particles.
